Delivery

Your parcel will always be sent by GLS. Shipment costs differ from country to country, and so does the free freight limit depending on the currency, but the price is always the same regardless of how much your parcel weighs and measures. To find out the price – please choose your correct country and check out the basket. When are your goods delivered?

Our delivery times are a guide only - we do all we can to meet our delivery times, but longer delivery times may occur.
Denmark: 1-3 work days
Sweden: 3-5 work days
Norway: We send to Norway Tuesdays and Thursdays, after that it takes 2-4 work days
Finland: 3-5 work days

Where can the goods be delivered?

Depending on country, you can choose to have your goods delivered to your home address or a business address or a local pick-up point.

Who can receive the goods?

The recipient must sign for the goods when he/she receives them.

What happens if the delivery address is incorrect?

If the goods cannot be delivered because we have received the incorrect address details, they will be returned to us. We will notify you once we have received the returned goods and will then correct the address details with you.

What happens if the recipient does not wish to receive the goods? 
If you do not wish to receive your goods, you can refuse the package. If this is the case, the goods will be returned to us. We will notify you via e-mail once we have received the returned goods, and you can have your purchase refunded and receive new goods if you so wish.
