Frequently Asked Questions

How do I order?

Click on the product you are interested in and select the right size. Then click on the button "Add to basket". If you want to go to the check-out, click on "my basket". You can now view which goods you have ordered. This is also where you can increase quantities, if e.g. you want to order 2 of the same product. Then fill in your contact information and click on "confirm your order". Then select your payment card. Once the transaction has gone through, you will receive an order confirmation/invoice in your mailbox.

The product I want to order is sold out, will it come back in stock again?

If a product is sold out, we can’t guarantee that it will come back in stock. If you want to know about a specific product, please don’t hesitate to contact customerservice on tel +45 38192460 or info@kappa-nordic.com

What is the delivery time?

Denmark: 1-3 work days

Sweden: 3-5 work days

Norway: We send to Norway Tuesdays and Thursdays, after that it takes 2-4 work days

Finland: 3-5 work days

Can I collect my clothes at your company address?

Unfortunately you can't collect our clothes, as we use an external packing warehouse.

Can I change anything on my order?

You are always welcome to call our customer service on tel +45 38192460 or e-mail info@kappa-nordic.com to see if you can make changes to your order. Depending on how far in the process your order is, our customer service will always try to help as best possible.

Can I cancel my order?

You can always either return your order or cancel your order.

Can I cancel my purchase?

You always have a 20 day right to return.

Can I change it for a bigger size?

You can always exchange your goods within 20 days, as long as the clothes have not been worn and are in their original packaging. Read more under returns policy.

Do I have to pay to return goods that I want to exchange?
