1. Introduction
These terms and conditions apply to purchases made by consumers on this web shop owned and operated by

We recommend that you read the terms carefully before shopping on the webshop.
You should pay particular attention to the texts that are quoted in italics.


2. Ordering goods
You can purchase goods online 24 hours a day. Our customer service is open between 09 - 15. Orders made outside this period will be handled on the next working day.
When you place an order, we will send you an order confirmation / invoice immediately via email. If you would like to receive a new copy of your order confirmation, please email ks@primetimedenmark.dk.

It is recommended that you save the order confirmation / invoice.
You are responsible for ensuring that the customer information you enter as part of a purchase is correct, as we do not subsequently validate or verify this information.

Please note that you must be at least 15 years old to order items on our webshop.

3. Prices and payment
The applicable price is the one stated at the time of ordering in the overall order summary before accepting. All prices quoted are in Swedish kronor (SEK) incl. Tax (25 %). Prices are daily prices.
Unless otherwise stated, the total price, including any delivery costs, must be paid before we can ship / deliver the goods.
We accept the following means of payment:
 
The amount of the goods is only deducted from your account when the goods are sent from our webshop. We can never withdraw a larger amount than what you approved for the purchase. The payment system at Kappa is approved by Nets, and we do not charge a fee for payment. The fee is paid by Kappa.

4. Security at Kappa
If you pay with a debit card, you are always protected against abuse. Our webshop works in collaboration with Nets, and we have protected the data transported over the Internet in connection with your purchase at our webshop, using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption.
However, as long as you only look around our website to find what you are looking for, there is no encryption. When you need to enter your payment information, credit card number, expiration date, etc. you enter a so-called "safe" area. In the secure area, the information is encrypted and your information is thus protected.
At Nets, credit card information is validated, ie. it is examined whether the card e.g. is blocked or anything else that makes it invalid. If everything is in order, you will be notified.
Kappa will not receive any information about your credit card number and / or expiration date, but will be notified that an amount has been reserved for Kappa for later transfer, once we have dispatched your order. Once the order has been sent to GLS, the reserved amount is transferred to our account with Nets.
You have no deductible in case your card is misused in an internet store that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system. Thus, you are better assured than in the physical world. Kappa gives you this security.

5. Delivery
Items ordered on the Swedish part of our webshop are only delivered to physical addresses in Finland.
Unless otherwise specified, the delivery time is 2-3 business days from the time you received your order confirmation.
If you have not received your goods within 7-9 days, please contact our customer service at ks@primetimedenmark.dk.
The ordered items are sent to you either via GLS Package Shop or GLS Business.
GLS Package Shop is a service where you can pick up your shipment at a store near where you live. When you place your order in our webshop, you choose yourself in which GLS shop you want to pick up your parcel. If you enter your mobile number when ordering, GLS sends you a text message, when your package is ready for pickup - you can also choose to be notified via email. Remember to bring a valid ID when picking up the package.
You can choose GLS business, if you want to have your package delivered to a business address.
A shipping cost of  4,41 Euro will be added to each order, regardless of the number of items in your order. However, there is free shipping for orders over 81,10 Euro. 

6. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the item. The right of withdrawal can be used, without stating any specific reason, by sending a message to us via email to ks@primetimedenmark.dk. You can choose to use the default undo form found at the bottom of this document, which is not a requirement.
NOTE: You cannot use the right of withdrawal, by simply refusing to receive the item, or refusing to pick it up at the carrier.
We recommend, that you always include your order number in the cancellation message,  to avoid errors and delays. If you have lost your return label, contact customer service, who will send you a new one.
If you send a notice of cancellation of the purchase, you must return the item to us at the address below without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you announced that you regret the purchase:

We may require documentation that the item has been shipped before the deadline. If the item is shipped, it must be packed securely.

If you cancel the purchase in accordance with these terms, we will refund the purchase price along with the shipping costs to your address. However, you have to pay for the return of the goods yourself.
NOTE: You are responsible for any damage that may occur during transport. Also note that you must bear the cost of returning the item yourself unless we have delivered the item to you in error or if the item has been damaged or defective upon receipt.

7. Complaints and complaints
When you shop at our webshop, you have of course 24 months of warranty. This means that you can either get the money back, a new item (if the item is not sold out) or a discount in price, depending on the specific situation.
It is contingent upon the claim being justified and the defect not arising from the improper use of the goods or other injurious behavior. It must be advertised within a reasonable time after you discover the defect in the item. When you want to advertise a product, please return the item to our warehouse:

When returning the item, please provide a description of the error. Use the return slip as it facilitates our processing and minimizes the time of complaint. If your return slip is lost, you can have a new one sent by contacting customer service at ks@primetimedenmark.dk. Of course, if your complaint is justified, you should not pay for the return shipping.

8. Return of goods
Returned items should be in good and undamaged condition. If returned goods show signs of damage or use, in addition to what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, you are liable for deterioration in the value of the goods. We estimate any value based on a specific assessment of the returned item, based on the following guidelines for impairment:
• No evidence of use and the item may be in original packaging: 0%.
• Less evidence of use of the item: Approx. 50-75%.
• Visible signs of use of the product such as washable stains: Approx. 75%.
• Visible damage to the item, such as non-washable stains, blemishes, cracks and the like or washing contrary to the washing instructions: Approx. 90-100%.
Payment for the item will be returned as soon as possible and in any case within 28 days of our receipt of your returned goods. If you use our label for the return shipping, we deduct SEK 79.00 on the return amount. You can also choose to return on your own - in which case the item must be returned to:

The exchange of goods takes place under the same conditions as the return of goods. You return the unwanted items and order the new items on our website.

9. Colors
Although we have made great efforts to specify colors and qualities as accurately as possible, computer colors and screen resolutions may vary. Minor color deviations are therefore not considered to be a defect within the meaning of the Purchasing Act.

10. Personal information and cookies
We collect, process and store data in accordance with the Personal Data Act.

11. Choice of Law
These terms and conditions, and any purchase agreement regarding the purchase of goods from us, are governed by Danish law, with the exception of Danish conflict of laws and CISG.

12. Reservations
We make reservations for typos, sold out items and force majeure, including delivery failure from our suppliers.
