All products are shipped with GLS. The shipping cost is 8 Euro with GLS Package Shop or GLS business regardless of the weight or hight of the package. Free delivery for orders over 60,00 Euros.
GLS Package Shop is a service where you can pick up your shipment at a store, near where you live. When you place your order in our webshop, you can choose in which GLS Shop you want to pick up your package. If you enter your mobile number when ordering, GLS will send you a text message, when your package is ready for pickup - you can also choose to be notified via email. Remember to bring a valid ID, when picking up the package.
If you want your package to be delivered to your workplace, then you have an opportunity to choose GLS business.
We will dispatch your order as soon as possible and, you will receive the goods approx. 2-3 business days later.
When will your goods be delivered?
Delivery takes approx. 2-3 business days. Delivery time is indicative - we do everything we can to comply, but longer delivery times may occur.
When you recieve your package and if unexpectedly there are missing a item, we must know no later than 5 days after reciept, otherwise the complaint will be dropped and possibly compensation.
Where can the goods be delivered?
The GSL Package Shop allows you to choose which delivery location you want the package sent to. When you place your order, a list of delivery locations will automatically appear. Remember, you can also choose to have the package delivered to your workplace.
Who can accept the package?
The recipient must acknowledge the goods when he / she receives them. At GLS Package Shop you have to pick up the package in person.
What happens if you don’t pick up your package?
If you do not pick up your package at GLS Package Shop, it will be returned after 7 business days.
What happens if there is a mistake in the delivery address?
If the package cannot be delivered, because we have received incorrect address information, they will be sent back to us. We will notify you when we have received the returned goods, and correct the address information with you.
What happens if the recipient does not want to receive the goods?
If you do not wish to receive your goods, you may refuse to receive or pick up the package. If so, the goods will be returned to us. We will notify you when we have received the returned goods, and you may receive a refund of your purchase, or new items sent if you wish.
What happens if the delivery is delayed?
