RETURNS AND CLAIMS

 

 Have you regretted your purchase?

You always have the right to cancel your purchase and you have up to 14 days to notify us, that you will return your purchased goods. You will get a full refund, if the item is undamaged and returned in the same condition and in original packaging. Original packaging is the clear bag in which the item itself is packed in. "Original packaging" must therefore not be confused with the cardboard box or shipping bag.

Also note that customers have to pay the delivery charges for the return of a product, unless the  item has been damaged or defective upon receipt.

 

 Want a different size?

If you want to exchange a product that you bought from kappanordic.com to a different size or return the wrong size as described below, simply place the new size / order in the webshop again.

 

 Here's how to return

When returning goods, follow the instructions on the return form enclosed with your shipment. To make the expedition easier, you will have to fulfill the enclosed return form and remember to state the reason for the return.

The shipping bag you receive your items in can be used to return your purchase in. You can reuse the shipping bag by cutting it up on the selected line.

When you received the package, there was a prepaid return label enclosed. You simply place the return label on your package and deliver the package at your local GLS Package Shop. When your return has been processed, a full refund (excl. delivery expenses of 14 Euro)  will be issued to your original payment method.

If you wish to return the item to us yourself, without the use of a return label, the package must be sent to:

Are you missing a return label?

If you have lost your return label you will have to contact customer service, who will send a new one to you. You can contact us via mail web@kappanordic.com or tel. 0045-38192460)

 

 Which amount will be refunded when you return an item?

If you cancel your purchase, we will refund the purchase amount (excl. delivery expenses of 14 Euro) 

 

Refund if you have renewed or blocked your card

If you regret your purchase and wish to return, but have renewed your credit card in the meantime, please contact our customer service by email: web@primetimenordic.combefore sending the item (s) back. We will then find an alternative payment method.

 

Return of incorrect or defective item

Should you receive an damaged or defective item or if something is missing from your order, then you will have  to contact customer service (web@primetimenordic.com or tel. 0045-38192460) as soon as possible, in order to receive a new item. or get the shipment refunded.

 

 Claims

You are entitled to a two year warranty  on defective or faulty goods, purchased at kappa.se. This means that you can either get the item repaired, replaced, refunded or discounted, depending on the specific situation.

You should contact customer service (web@primetimenordic.com or tel. 0045-38192460) as soon as you notice that the item is defective. We will ask you to send us a picture of the ithem, so that we can quickly assess how best to compensate.

The right of complaint applies to goods that are defective under the Purchasing Act. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you discover the defect in the item.

The right of the claim does not cover errors caused by ordinary wear and tear, excessive play or incorrect use / washing.
