If you exercise the right to cancel, you must pay the postage and packaging for the return.
Do you want a different size?
If you want to exchange a product that you have bought from kappa-nordic.com for a different size, you must return the incorrect size as described below, and then simply order the new size online again.
How to make returns
When you have to return the goods you need to follow the instructions on the returns slip, which is enclosed in your parcel. You must complete your returns slip and remember to provide the reason for the return.

What amount will be refunded when you return your goods?
When you return an entire order, you will be refunded the amount you paid at the time of purchase. This includes delivery costs. When you return fewer goods than the complete order, you will be refunded the amount for the goods you have returned.
When we receive and process your order, after 10-12 working days you will have the relevant amount repaid to your account. Your refund will be paid to the same payment card that you used to pay for your purchase.
Refunds if you have renewed or blocked your card
If you regret your purchase and return it, but have since renewed your credit card, please contact our customer services team by tel +45 38192460 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org, before sending the product/products by return. We will then find an alternative way to repay you.
Return of an incorrect or deficient order.
Should you receive the wrong product, or should something be missing from your order, please contact our customer services team (tel +45 38192460 or e-mail email@example.com) as quickly as possible to get a new product sent or get a refund.
You have a 2-year right to complain against all items purchased at Kappa-nordic.com. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or get a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
You should contact the customer services team on (tel +45 38192460 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org), as soon as you discover that the item is faulty. We kindly request that you send a picture of the fault so that we can quickly decide how best to compensate you.
The right to complain applies to goods that are faulty in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act. You must complain within a 'reasonable time" once you have discovered the fault. If you complain within two months after the fault was discovered, the complain will always be legal.
Your complaint must of course be justifiable. The right to complain does not cover faults due to normal wear and tear, violent play or incorrect use/washing.
